Cookie Policy

Last updated: 20 April 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Movable Voice Ltd. uses cookies and similar technologies on www.movablevoice.com (the Website). It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.

This policy complies with the UK's Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) as amended, and with the UK GDPR where cookies involve personal data.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device. Cookies let a website recognize your device, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and measure how the site is used.

We also use "similar technologies" such as local storage, session storage, pixels, and software development kits. In this policy we refer to all of these as "cookies."

Some cookies are set by us (first-party cookies) and some are set by third parties we work with (third-party cookies). Some last for the duration of a visit (session cookies) and some stick around for a defined period (persistent cookies).

2. Categories of cookies we use

We group cookies into four categories. Strictly necessary cookies are always on. All others are only set if you give consent.

2.1 Strictly necessary

These cookies are required for the Website to work. They do things like route traffic, keep you signed in, remember items in a form, protect against abuse, and record your cookie preferences. You cannot turn these off in our consent tool, but you can block them in your browser (which may break parts of the site).

2.2 Functional

These cookies remember choices you make (such as language or region) and improve usability. They are optional.

2.3 Analytics

These cookies help us understand how people use the Website so we can improve it. They measure things like pages viewed, time on page, clicks, and error rates. They are optional.

2.4 Marketing

These cookies help us and our advertising partners measure the effectiveness of our marketing and show you relevant content. They are optional.

3. Cookies currently in use

The table below lists the cookies that are set when consent is given. Strictly necessary cookies are always on.

If you turn a category off, we will not set those cookies and we will attempt to delete any already set.

4. How to manage your cookies

  • Our cookie preference tool. Click Cookie Settings in the footer to change your choices at any time. The tool records your preferences and applies them to future visits.
  • Your browser. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Check your browser's help pages. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Website from working.
  • Do Not Track. Our Website does not respond to Do Not Track signals because no common industry standard has been settled. Use our preference tool instead.
  • Industry opt-outs. For marketing cookies you can also use YourOnlineChoices (youronlinechoices.com), DAA Consumer Choice (aboutads.info/choices), or NAI Consumer Opt-Out (optout.networkadvertising.org).

5. Consent and withdrawing consent

When you first visit the Website we show a cookie banner with four categories (strictly necessary, functional, analytics, marketing). Strictly necessary is always on. Non-essential categories default to off and are only set if you click Accept all or choose categories and then Save preferences.

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by clicking Cookie Settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect cookies that were set while your consent was valid; clearing them is up to you via your browser.

We do not use cookie walls or dark patterns. The Reject all button is as prominent as Accept all, and you can reach the site without consenting to non-essential cookies.

6. Children

The Website is for business use. It is not directed to anyone under 18.

7. Changes to this policy

We update this policy from time to time, especially when we add or remove cookies. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version.
